1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

We accept returns on items that meet all of the following criteria:

  • The issue was caused by our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or wrong size.
  • Items are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and undamaged.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages:

REVERT Clo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, and consider using a secure delivery location.
